1. GESCOM

Inviting Expression of Interest to carry out the Cost Audit of GESCOM for FY 2024-25

In accordance with Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 14 of the Companies (Audit & Auditors) Rules, 2014, GESCOM invites Expression of Interest from the eligible Practicing Cost Accountants and/or Firm of Practicing Cost Accountants to carry out the Cost Audit for FY 2024-25. It is requested to upload the enclosed "NOTIFICATION" of our Company on Institute's website and on the Notice Board at the Chapter Premises.

Considering the applicability of Section-148 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 14 of the Companies (Audit & Auditors), Rules, 2014 and Notification dated 27th April 2017 of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkata (Statutory Body under an Act of Parliament), KPTCL invites Expression of Interest from the eligible practicing Cost Auditors and Firm of Practicing Cost Auditors to carry out the Cost Audit for the FY 2024-25.
